Friendly staff and very clean. Perfect location to explore Madrid. The balcony was worth the upgrade.

The staff were really helpful and welcoming. It was very useful being able to leave bags with the receptionists before/ after check in. All essentials were in the room, including shower gel, towels and a hairdryer.

Great location right near Gran Via, our balcony even had a view where you could see the Rui Skybar lit up Was great apart from the balcony’s being easy to cross between but just make sure your door is locked, no issue for us however!

Location for sure Staff did not seem knowledgeable in giving local directions and in one instance sent us in completely wrong direction

The location was exceptional, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The bedroom was also quite comfortable and very clean. Good value. As the location is so central, it was not absolutely silent in the room, but it was not bad either.
