Great stay! Super location on the Gran Vía, direct access to the subway. Friendly staff, there to help when you have questions. Very good breakfast options as well.

Very busy area of Madrid - felt like we were in Time Square.

Loved the location, the staff, the rooftop bar and restaurant, the breakfast, and the room. The only minor quibble I had was that the Queen bed was really two Twins placed together. The gap between the two mattresses and the difference in firmness of the two mattresses was a bit distracting.

Wonderful hotel in the heart of Madrid. Very quiet rooms despite being on Gran Via. Fun rooftop pools and bar. Comfortable and spacious rooms and great air conditioning.

All the staff at reception, the bar and housekeeping were lovely and approachable and very hospitable especially Julio who was very kind and returned my sunglasses which I left on the lobby??♂️ April at the rooftop restaurant was also very nice and accommodating when we had our breakfast. The breakfast was excellent and worth it! The room was very comfortable and was a lovely way to end a busy day in the city.
