The location on gran via made walking to most everything we needed very easy. Comfortable room. Staff were friendly and helpful. Can’t think of anything.

The location of this hotel was perfect for us. We flew into Madrid and got the Metro from the airport to Plaza de Espana s which was very close to the hotel. Check in was simple, the room was ready for us and we booked breakfast for our stay at check in for 10 euros pp each day. This is a saving based on the cost to book in advance. The room was spotless. AC was very good. Bed was comfortable as were the pillows. We both slept well here despite being in the middle of the city which was celebrating both Pride and the World Cup! There did not seem to be a bar in the hotel. Not really an issue in a city hotel but it's nice to know you can get a cool beer after a day sightseeing.
