Just steps away from Puerta del Sol and the Metro. It's on a busy noisy street but I was on floor 4 and couldn't hear any of it. It was nice, clean. The front desk staff helpful and friendly. It was the most expensive place I stayed in almost 2 weeks but it was worth it.

Great location, very handy for the Metro and easy transfers to and from the train station. This hotel is easy walking distance to many of Madrid's top attractions and a great place to stay. I would have preferred coffee making facilities in the room, and for the safe to be free or included in the cost of the room.

Location could not be any better. Considering we were in the centre, the room we had, you could not hear anything at night. Everyone working at the hotel was lovely,Aircon was good, I have paid a lot more for a lot less at other hotels on the higher star.Rating. ..

It was horrible the stay.The room was kind of decent but the noise in the street kept us wake all night althoughwe were sonyired and wanted to rest. Only slept from 5 a.m to 7 p.m. when the noise stppped The woman receptionist felt bothered when asked her for more details
