The floor was with stains, it looked much better on the pictures. In addition, the window see, no to block any of the street noises, which in a place so crowded like sol it is mandatory to have. I could not fall asleep untol 3:30 AM because of the noise of drunk people and the street cleaning car. They have to clean the floor from stains and do something with the windows to justify the price.

Really good location, clean and quiet

We went there and the apartment was not ready. Other person belongs were in there. Talked 30 min with the call center to call the cleanings.

The location was convenient. The room was disgusting and clearly had not been cleaned before our arrival. All the pillow cases had stains and there was dust on the headboard and dirt on the side tables. The door to enter didn’t work with the code they gave us and the staff on the phone was not helpful. The shower barely works and there was no conditioner.

Location was excellent and staff was extremely helpful. Lack of an elevator made moving luggage difficult.

The host is very good at communicating quickly and meeting your needs (ex with more toilet paper or towels and cleaning). The price of the place matched with what we received. The pictures do not match the pictures. I thought the place had separate bedrooms but there are two beds in the same room with the bathroom right next to it. It seems like this place is an apartment where you enter a room with the room you will be staying at. The kitchen is outside the run and I assume shared with the other rooms. This is not a hotel, more like a hostel. There is also no elevator, if I would've known there was no elevator I would not have booked since I have a family member that cannot climb that many stairs.

The location was perfect — close to the main tourist attractions and just a 3-minute walk from Sol metro station, which was very convenient. The noise was an issue — the room wasn’t soundproof, and there was no elevator, which is a big problem when you have heavy luggage.

The property was in a central location. They describe it as a hotel, but it has no regular hotel amenities and no hotel staff in the building. The pictures of the rooms do not match your actual room because they are all different, so you cannot gauge where you will be staying based on their online photos, which is disappointing.

We liked the location, which is right in the city center with all the amenities and restaurants, coffee shops around you the room was clean and the air conditioner worked.and the bed was very comfortable for us. Self-check in was nice. The entry for the apartment was not clearly marked so it could be better, as we were not the only ones who had trouble finding the place and getting in. Once we figured it out, it was easy. The other thing is that there is no elevator and our room was on the third floor, which made it challenging, but not a showstopper. The television did not work or I should say the remote controls. There were two of them, and neither one of them worked and you could not turn on the TV without a remote. I didn’t complain because we didn’t come to watch television, just to sleep and shower. The apartment is right in front of the police station so there was a lot of noise and a lot of commotion all the time but again this is to be expected because of the location. We probably wouldn’t book it again because of the noise levels and the lack of an elevator.

The location is perfect, the Room was clean, the staff is impeccable, there’s a carrefour almost next door.

Nothing Bathroom door handle was broken and I was locked in, broken shower head and the shower also floods. There is mould on the wall from it. The floor is chipped and the shutters don’t close property so lots of light and street noise

the location! is near to everything! a nice place to stay!

We came for one night. Cecillia was very nice and kind. Even though the check in was only at 15:00, she enabled us to leave our luggage in the room. The location of the apartment is excellent. In the city center. The room we got was on the 5th floor. It was a quite room.
