Great breakfast, professional, courteous staff at the front desk. The facilities in general do not match what seasoned travelers expect from a 4-star hotel. More like 3 stars.

Rooftop view. The location is perfect if you move by metro or you have to travel by bus especially early morning. It’s also walking distance to stuff. The swimming pool is very small and not well maintained. There was green stuff sticking in the borders and dust or dirt at the bottom that you could step on and was very disgusting.

Cleanliness, locatiom and staff. The room was quite small, and the mattress was noticeably worn and misshapen. The swimming pool was also disappointing it was very small, shallow, and not particularly clean. Additionally, the pool area could benefit from more sunshades, as there weren’t enough to provide adequate shade for guests.
