The breakfast was great and fresh, being able to order fresh eggs and bacon/sausage instead of instant was great. You needed to keep your key in place for electricity to continue working. In 101 degree weather the AC didn’t get cold enough.

The staff were all great. The breakfast was pretty good. The rooms were a great size for Europe. Would've been nice to have another garbage can in the room besides the one in the bathroom. Some tissues would have been good, too. Other than those two very minor things, we enjoyed the rooms.

The room could have been cleaner. There were no slippers or bathrobe. The breakfast was very expensive for what it offered - very very few options, most of which were unhealthy, it was truly disappointing in that regard. Also, the food at the restaurant was average at best. Gotta say, I expected more from a 4 star hotel.

It was clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. Area was safe to walk around. There is a market, pharmacy, restaurant, bar and more within walking distance. Great location ? Their Kleenex ?

Big rooms with enough space they always accounted for the 3 of us with towels. Metro station is 15 min away takes about 45 min to get to city center

There was no Bathrobe which was little disappointment, now Every hotel provides such things Even the cheapest with single bedroom, i was little surprised they dont have bathrobe for such Room. I could have given 9 but i have to give 8 because of not providing bathrobe.
