The staff was really friendly and helpful, we arrived sooner then the check in time and they did everything they could to accommodate us as fast as possible. The rooms were clean but appeared worn down because of the scratches on the wall and the lack of replacement of the wear and tear items (e.g. shower head). Despite the status of the hotel, the quality of the bedsheets was not the best.

Excellent location, comfortable beds, clean refurbished rooms, good showers, friendly staff, great breakfast. There wasn’t a huge menu available in the restaurant in the evening, but what we had was good. The coffee at breakfast wasn’t great but we fed that back.

Room was very clean and the hotel has an amazing location. The building is a classic, very beautiful. Rooms are extremely small. Most families are 4 and the largest room accommodated 3. We had 2 kids and they had to sleep in a tiny room together because the hotel didnt have any room for more than 3 guests. This is not very practical given most families have 2 kids and they cant have the kids alone in a second room.
