All the staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are well equipped, super clean and exceptionally comfortable. The breakfast is varied and fresh ingredients constantly being refreshed by the attentive staff who on hand to help with anything if needed. Nothing!

Excellent, helpful staff, spotlessly clean reception and spacious rooms. The air conditioning worked very well making it very comfortable given the high temperatures and location was a stone's throw from the metro station and very central. A super market is right next door as well. I missed having a hot water kettle in the room to make my morning cup of tea/coffee. The hotel had a coffee/hot water station at the reception so you can fetch things from there. On the 3rd day, they kindly arranged a kettle in my room, once a spare became available. It was good that they kept track of my need and made an effort to help. Two suggestions- Have a kettle in the room or at least more spares so its easy to send to the room, based on need. Second - the A/C must switch off when you take the key card out so electricity is better conserved. Leaving it on, makes it more comfortable for hotel guests of course, but we are happy to contribute to the cause of cooling the planet, even if a little bit :) When promising a double bed, it would be good to get an actual double bed and not two joined together or two mattresses together. Perhaps the hotel can add some simple options for in-room dining but that's not a make or break.

Centrally located hotel. The room was spacious. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was small but nice The place looked fancier and more modern on the pictures than in real life. I did find it a bit expensive for what it is.
