Everything was great the staff are very welcoming we had a baby with us and the were more than nice they arranged the baby bassinet when we arrived and were very helpful Nothing everything was great, the hotel is a bit far from the center but we knew it and bus stop was just infront of the hotel

Beautiful and spacious room, friendly and helpful staff The swimming pool is quite a bit smaller than it appears in the pictures.

We stayed here x2 nights at the end of a Spanish trip and had a great stay - this was our second time in Madrid so we didn't need to be super close to the centre, but for the value for Money this was a great hotel stay - clean, quiet and super comfortable room. n/a

The location is very good, calm, and a reasonable walk to the city. The pool is very small and always full. The wifi was completely unusable on some days. Bad water pressure in the shower.
