There were no sign to place to be cleaned, and found the room unclean.

Bathroom and shower were large. Was a clean, tidy room We had the room at the front of the accommodation - street traffic was surprisingly very minimal however the front entry door closed in a very noisy fashion. Also other guests were very loud across the room leaving around 11pm and returning around 4am - talking and laughing loud. We advised the management and the second night they had clearly advised the other guests as they were much better. Accommodation not so close to the town but still easy enough to walk around.

Spacious and clean. Easy access to any part of Madrid. Light from the street.

The room and the toilet are quite big and you will have a basic amenities to stay there. For one and/or two nights, the room is a good option for you. The location is little further than the city center and you will need to climb every time if you want to go there, although the Royal Palace is very near to you. Additionally, around the place, you will have a trouble to find a good restaurant and/or market.

Train station was far away and took over an hour to get into central madrid. Not a big deal though.

Room was clean and spacious. There's a loud buzzing noise that goes off maybe twice an hour. Makes the sound of someone being buzzed into a building. It was loud enough to wake us at night.

Great location, very comfortable, spacious room Nothing however it was at the bottom of a hill to get up to the main attractions so might be difficult for people with mobility issues

Very convenient location, quiet area and great service, cleaning lady is very friendly and the owner responds quickly if you have any questions! Definitely recommend

I know Madrid, having lived there before, so I picked a location I was familiar with but that was NOT in the city center (saving a bit of $$). It is at the bottom of the big hill up toward Calle Mayor / Palace area etc. - so just know that it's a hike up, easy walk down. The room is big, the cleaning staff were awesome. I wish the wifi worked - I needed it for work calls - I reached out but it took a few days to respond. I tried again and again to log in / reset / reconnect, etc.

The bathroom was very new and good. The towels weren’t all clean.

Location is good by walk in 15-20 min you are in city center (with a big ramp) Place has potential but at the moment lots to improve Before i book i read other reviews and i saw that there are good comments about cleaning. If this is good for them i really want to see where they live! 1-dead and live 2 spiders on the inside door. 2-on the walls there are lots of spider web (its just vacuuming why they dont do) 3-lots of hair in bathroom and in room 4-there is sign that if you want your towel changed please leave on the floor. I did it but nobody changed it and thats why i had to use dirty towel next day because floor is not clean 5-there is no fabric inside the room like curtain, rug, sofa/armchair thats why room makes echos and give cold and not pleasent vibe. 6-junction of the wall and floor has coffee and dirt marks 7-my room was just next to the entrance and whoever comes and goes it was noisy and not comfortable Instead of big old (not antique) wardrobe (its not in use just accecories) i would put real wardrobe or armchair. Its not clean, old and useless Lots of negative things i experiences sorry

The location. The bed was comfortable. I tried to reach the number on the booking for over three hours without success. In the end, I had to call booking.com and they couldn’t reach the property either. For a while I was unsure as to whether we would need to be relocated. When in the end the property got back to me they didn’t even apologise. I travel a lot and never experienced anything like it. The room was very basic. We paid 200 euros for a family room, which I found to be rather poor value for money. If you leave the luggage for more than a couple of hours they will try to charge you 5 euros per piece of luggage. I wouldn’t stay there again.

Superb

The silence I had until 09:00am. The extreme loud noise of construction after 09:00am and the smell of it when I arrived. Also, I wasn’t able to check in the room for about 45mins waiting inside the property without knowing my room.
