The room has its own bathroom. Bed was comfy. The Ac do not work at day time so it’s hot even if you want to rest after a trip or a walk. The location is far if you come by bus for first timers. There’s a nearby metro though.

I would like to give special thanks to Maria, who was very kind, helpful, and understanding. She made me feel much more comfortable and was willing to help with my concerns. I had a disappointing experience with the night-duty staff. I was unable to charge my mobile phone because the charging point was not working, and when I asked for help, instead of politely assisting me or suggesting an alternative, the staff member was rude and dismissive. I understand that staff may be busy, but guests should be treated politely and offered reasonable help when they have an issue. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the guest experience.

Location was great! Building was pretty gross, bunk bed was extremely wobbly, AC was dripping, showers were gross, overall just extremely overrun without proper maintenance.

Hostel had excellent location was perfect for getting to the metro station to get to other areas of Madrid. The hostel is opposite the royal palace, we could see it from our room! The staff were friendly and helped us when needed. The hostel has extra bathrooms as well as the en-suites in the room which is great. The lockers are spacious and bunk beds well spaced. Handy that there was a kitchen with a fridge and crockery etc. The cleanliness wasn’t the best and the air conditioning didn’t seem to be working the time we stayed but overall would really recommend this hostel!

Location Very basic things are paid, the rooms are not in very good condition, in common kitchen I found only one cup. The shower cabin doors were transparent. The staff sits there not caring about your wishes.

It’s just next to the Cathedral de Almudena and the Royal Palace and few minute walk to all the tourist destinations. It’s hard to carry luggages to the Metro. But if you only do everywhere without the luggage it is just fine since the Metro is near. And the AC needs to be on if tenants are in their rooms.
