The hotel is middle of everything. You can access Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol, Gran Via, Chueca by walking. Mercado de San Miguel is across the street. Staff were friendly, room was clean. Definitely it’s worth for its price.

The location is great, and the family room spacious. The room was smelling sewage.

Accessibility of restaurants and safe area to walk around. Nothing.

Hotel too expensive for the facilities and amenities included for a week is not the best options. Room too small and the facilities showed low maintenance , cloths with black spots , doors damages , and chair appearances too old.

It is central to downtown Madrid, excellent location. Our room had a musty, stinky feet smell. It was an accessibility room and the shower easily floods. Clearly, there’s a mold problem. It needs refurbishing.

The location was perfect. The staff were very helpful and breakfast was good. Rooms were very clean!

The location is good if you want to be super close to the old centre of Madrid. The air conditioning functioned properly even during a heat wave, and the room was not loud. Very comfortable bed and all suitable amenities (kettle, clothes iron, toiletries etc) were readily available. In my girlfriend’s opinion, cleaning must be improved. She reported issues found in the room to the reception, they said they will remediate them and the next day, not much was improved. They change the towels each day and make the bed. On the good side, the bed was clean. However, multiple areas of the room were visibly dirty to the point that they needed proper cleaning, as wiping them would not be enough.

The only thing that we didn’t like was there was a rattling noise coming from the Air Conditioning vent.

The location of the hotel was literally right across the street from the huge food market so it was an ideal location if you needed to just grab a bite to eat in between lunch and dinner. Also, there was a lot of people hanging around the area so it was a lot of fun and great people watching. The room was fine. Very clean and it worked perfect for my daughter and I. We felt very safe and we absolutely loved Madrid. The breakfast is awesome. My daughter tries to eat gluten free and dairy free and there were a lot of different alternative foods for her for breakfast so I highly suggest paying for the breakfast. It is totally worth it. They also had clean juices that were fun to try. The staff was extremely friendly and very accommodating. They do know the English language. I would definitely stay again. My only complaint which really has nothing to do with the hotel is that it was tough to catch a taxi. It is preferred to get to a taxi stand which is a few blocks away.

Location was amazing. Few minute walk to Plaza mayor. Room had a terrace which afforded us a view of the city rooftops and a place to enjoy outside space. Mercado San Miguel and carrefour nearby for food options. Shower floor extremely slippery….needs some anti slip strips.

Location was 300 yrds from the marcado San Miguel! We stayed our last night & needed a quiet good night sleep no balcony. The Bed & pillows were extremely comfortable, very nice breakfast not included). Sounds odd but it had a shower had shampoo, body wash & conditioner!! Would definitely stay here again 10/10

Great location near plaza mayor, decent size room, secure entrance to hotel. Furniture in room was worn, plumbing in shower was leaking multiple areas,

The front desk stuff was competent and helpful. The room was extremely small and the night tables were just three legged stools with no room for putting anything.
