Para gente con muchas maletas o maletas grandes ,les tocaría usar escaleras (son varios pisos) ya que el ascensor es muy pequeño.

The room card needed for air condition. After a long day of touring and walking in the heat we arrived to a warm room.

Friendly owners/staffs. They tried their best to communicate with us though they can't speak english. Good people. At city center! Walking distance away, accessible to everything!

Proximity to everything, comfortable bed, welcoming host Top floor with no elevator and air conditioning, very small kitchen.

Margarita was an amazing host. She made my stay wonderful.

For a Madrid winter week with plenty of rain, we couldn’t have found a cozier spot for our home base. It felt like home, was not at all cold or drafty, and Margarita was super attentive. The bed was very comfortable, and we rested well. The location allowed us to go out and do sightseeing in the morning, return at midday to set our things to dry, and then easily head back out once or twice more. Everything nearby in the historic downtown is highly walkable, so Margarita’s place is perfect. The elevator made it easy to get our luggage up and down from the room.

This hotel is a great value for central Madrid. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The WiFi and hot water in the shower were both adequate. There was a nice view down the street from the balcony. The woman at the front desk named Margarita is very friendly. Exceptional service. She made sure I had a warm room in January. The hotel is only a block from the Ópera Metro stop.

Problems with room keys. More of the old fashion Hostal than a hotel.

It is well located The room is cold and when I brought it up I got scolded that there was a heater which barely was on . I was cold every single night . Also it will be nice to have someone who spoke another language other than Spanish for non Spanish speakers

Margarita was so helpful! She went out of her way to assist us. It’s a great, safe place to stay. Very comfortable for solo female travelers.

Location. Accessible to all restaurants and transportation.

Room was hot. Impossible to cool down in Madrid summer. The window was open when we arrived and took almost half of the night to cool down. It's a sunset side. Walls scratched but I'm okay with it. Elevator was out of service when arrived. They fixed it during the day but we have to carry the bags 4 floors.

Friendly staff and very clean. Great location and safe. I loved that my room faced an interior patio. However, walls are so thin, I could hear other guests from the other rooms.

Great location. Easy access and there was a lift. Margarite was friendly and accommodating. Room was a little dated, but I wasn't in the room much!

Excellent location near Plaza de la opera . Very clean rooms and serviced daily . The owner / receptionist , Margarita was there daily from early morning to late . She was very friendly and most helpful . It was hard to find and every floor and side had a different property . Also the elevator was tiny and sometimes would not operate
