Good location. Great staff. Very helpful. Our room was on the side of the building by a pedestrian walkway. Very noisy at night. Roof top bar was a QR code. Not chargeable to the room. More sunbeds and less chairs considering it was a real skybar.

The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent. The location was the best. We could walk to everywhere we wanted to go. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned exceptionally. The breakfast was ok. Not a lot of choice for cooked food. The sky bar was expensive it was also brought up from the bar downstairs and not actually a bar by the pool which we thought there was. Didn’t like the open plan shower in the room. No privacy.

Everything was amazing! The room was incredible and spotlessly clean, with housekeeping provided every day, and the terrace was incredibly spacious. The pool was perfect for relaxing, while the restaurant felt very cozy and intimate. The central location made all the difference for us: all the shops are nearby and Opera metro station is right in front of the hotel. We will definitely come back! We've liked everything

Reception staff were amazing pre stay and during our visit. Pool area was nice. Room was lovely Location was excellent Access to beer pump was a delight. Pillows in the room need to have a selection of firmer ones. Breakfast staff were not friendly or formative on how to order hot food no checks which I would expect throughout the visit. Nespresso machine wasnt great and wasnt aware of crafted drinks until day 2 again wasnt communicated by staff. My wifes omelette was a little slimy and my pancake order was incorrect but dealt with swiftly but no apology. Service wasnt the best.

Pool terrace overlooking the Opera House was stunning, especially since there was a performance streaming on the big screen the night I arrived. A special treat! The pool was small but a welcomed respite on a hot day. Easy walk to just about everything. The giant TV hanging just at the foot of the bed.

Top location in Amadeus and great value for money. Ideal if you are travelling with your pet! Private parking. Corner triple room is amazing. Individual rooms are rather on the small side. Restaurant setting is lovely but food and service need improvement

The staff members A very uncomfortable stay. This hotel feels like it’s trying to be trendy and modern, but unfortunately the design and maintenance have both failed. The room layout is poorly designed, with an open-plan bathroom that offers virtually no privacy. On top of that, many of the room’s “premium” features didn’t work, including the shower, the electric curtains, and the record player. The hotel promotes these as part of the experience, but none of them were functioning during our stay. The swimming pool is tiny and wasn’t particularly clean. There were also broken tiles and uneven wooden decking around the pool, which is a genuine safety hazard—I saw both guests and staff trip over it several times. The only real advantage is the location. It’s very central, but because the windows provide almost no sound insulation, you can hear people shouting and partying outside, as well as the street cleaning vehicles early in the morning. The food is extremely overpriced for what it is. The quality was very average and certainly didn’t justify the prices. I wish I had taken photos. The staff, however, were excellent. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the hotel’s management and maintenance fall well below the standard you’d expect, and they let the staff down.

The staff were extremely friendly and made me feel welcomed!

I did not have any breakfast. If the room is unoccupied and already clean, you should not be charging a $50 early check-in fee.
