Limpio y organizado. Parece que no, pero tener recepción 24 horas hace con que la gente cumpla con las normas del hostal. Evitando ruidos, bebidas alcohólicas, drogas y la entrada de gente ajena al hostal.

Clean room, mine was rather small and it did not have much light but, it was clean, had a bathroom and there is air conditioning in the room and a TV. The staff is friendly and you can order transport right there if you need to go to the airport. Very centrally located, friendly and attentive staff and there is someone there 24 hours in case you need something. It was expensive for a couple of days and the room to small I thought the price was excessive for one person and such a small room. The bathroom was clean and all but there was no warm water in the sink only in the shower. In the room where I stayed there was a very small window and not much light but I noticed that there are other rooms with windows.

The private toilet and shower room, the most comfortable bed, 24 hour availability and an actual person should you need anything. Exquisite building in a location second to none

I actually liked nothing about the hotel, very rude owner that has nothing to do with welcoming guests, room is very small and location is on a ramp wasnt a nice experience at all, (but the guy in the reception is veryyyy nice) The owner of the place or the manager, she wasnt welcoming at all, they gave me a very bad room way smaller than the pictures, much worse and older in finish, blanket was weird and old same for the towel , the owner/manager didnt even want to change the room for me, she was even mad that i asked to change or to refund the room giving me an attitude for asking such a thing, by far the worst experience i ever had and i come to spain a lot i’ll make sure never to stay in this place again

Location was great. The staff were super helpful. Adrian at the front gave us excellent recommendations for local, not tourist restaurants and honestly he knew what he was talking about. It had a balcony over looking arenal street, however it wasn’t noisy. It was hostel so I don’t know if I’m entitled to say anything however I did get a private bathroom and twin beds. The bathroom had mold, the little brush to clean the toilet had old toilet paper and feces on it. The ac started leaking the first night we got there.

Extraordinary central location, yet away from the noise of the city centre and busy Arenal street. Adequate rooms for a city break, where you only use/need them for sleeping. Good venture point, and close to all kind of public transport. Thin walls and doors make you aware of fellow guests, either talking or moving about. A special charge for each time the room safe is used, was a novelty in all my travels. People with a certain girth may find it a challenge to use all of the bathroom facilities in a comfortable way. My bed was wide enough but not very comfy. And as prices vary according to demand, some may find the price of the room more value for money than others at different times.
