The walls are thing and i could hear the other guests talking loudly in the room next to mine past midnight

The location and room were great. The renovated bathroom was very nice. Once we got the communication going we had no issues. It can be a little hard to find. The floors definitely need to be redone.

I stayed 2 nights and it was wonderful. Check-in was simple, and once inside the apartment is a good size and had everything I needed for a short stay. The stay was short, but some toiletries would have been nice.

Great location and very nice staff. A lady working there was greeting us every morning before we head out.

Location, cleanliness Extremely noisy, could hear everything from the other rooms and the street, couldn't sleep without earplugs and still. No elevator. Couldn't pay at the property as said in Booking. Too dark, lights didn't work and I had to fix them myself (thankfully I was carrying a screwdriver). No receptionist, could only leave my baggage until 3pm so I had to pay for a locker.

Location is perfect for anyone wanting to get straight into the centre of the city. The hands off experience was perfect not having to interact with anyone just left to it. The shower was tiny, if there are any larger adults then the width of the access to the shower could well hamper your ability to gain access to the shower :)

It’s in the heart of Madrid! Great point It was difficult to get an answer from the staff, the check in had to be done online, there is no reception (they send a code and mine wasn’t working properly), it’s too noisy because of the street next to it and you can hear everything from the neighbors next door. We did not sleep at all!

Location is amazing. Room very comfortable and cozy nice ! Very clean . Everything in the kitchen very well organised ! Thank you ! Only too noisy from outside at night and morning . But place is very good. I wish I can stay more days but it was over booked :(

Amazing location, very clean, and equipped with everything needed for a few days staying in the city. Very demure building and close to all the popular city attractions.

Very well located, clean and easy check in / check out process. Thin walls and close to popular night clubs in Madrid thus you will definitely hear some noise late at night.

It has a really good location for the price. Room was clean If you want to find the place it is hard as it has no sign on the building. Also the hallway is really dark at night. You need to use stairs and the code to get it did not always work well. The bathroom does not have any ventilation and it’s super small. Location can be noisy at night as there are many clubs around.

Very centric and cozy place! Easy check in and communication. We stayed in the room 102 and it’s was really tiny. There was a sewage smell coming from the bathroom and the bed is pretty hard. Otherwise all good.

The hotel is in the middle of Madrid, very convenient for walking tours Check-in is a bit tricky with all the auto code generation, but it's not a big issue
