Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was exactly as I expected from the images presented, and the location was outstanding. It was actually such good value for money. I had one unfortunate incident when my room was assigned to a new visitor accidentally, and he was able to gain access to my room with his key card, but this was corrected by reception immediately. My key card had to be reprogrammed twice after this incident in order for me to access my room.

Note. The bathroom was a tricky with the three different areas. but was nice and clean. we need to be carefully with the water splash outside the area.

Extremely small room. Toilet and shower were not separate whatsoever. Shower door was see through and offered zero privacy. Very uncomfortable to shower with see theough door. Showed head wasn’t ideal and the water wasn’t draining well.

Got a free upgrade , but the room was nice , ac was good and the staff was friendly. Was also in the city center so it was walking distance to everything ! N/A

The room floor was not very clean, the the lever of the shower was would change from hot to cold in a second. Finally your checkin process was very long. Many questions were not really needed.

location the room and bathroom not comfy the bathroom hardly you can close de glass, yes not door glass just infront of the bed .

Only good thing is the location, the room was dirty, the toilets is open to the room , the water leaks from the shower to the room, Floor was full of hair and the sjowtleaks to the room and the bathroom is open to the room not hygienic at all

The location was excellent. The front staff was really good except for one guy with dark hair. I don't know his name, but he was rude and notvey friendly. He kind of looked like Jerry Lewis. The front desk guy i mentioned above. Also, the cleaning staff was not great.

All staff (day and night) were very nice and helpful!! Hallway was echoey. Could hear every guests arriving after partying.

It was a good location The rooms were extremely small and uncomfortable. I didn’t realize when I booked the rooms they were like this. The hotel could have warned me about the festival that blocked off access to the hotel that weekend. Value for money was not good.
