Muito bom o custo benefício, bem localizado, quarto maravilhoso, tem local pra deixar as malas depois do checkout se necessário. Banheiro MARAVILHOSO! Nossa e tudo muito cheiroso, não tem o que falar… cama delicinha!

Location is the best, very clean, great TV, comfortable beds. Safe rooms and neigbourhood. The sofa bed for a third person to sleep is not comfortable, it is bent and the mattress is not straight. Soap dispenser broken.

Great location, perfect place to explore the center of Madrid

The room was clean and comfortable. We arrived within the reception hours 2pm to 10pm and was greeted by the receptionist. Had no problems with lock. Room was clean and comfortable. Electric kettle was welcome. The bathroom did not have an exhaust fan, so we had to open the window a bit, which let street noise in.

Shower was too small, water wasn't hot enough, and shampoo dispenser didn't dispence enough shampoo.

The AC did not work, but we were there in November so we just opened the window. In summer this would be a problem

Location There was a terrible smell in my room. The building also is very poor kept and there is construction going on.

Location and spacious room. AC was not properly working. It did not cool the room and outside it was very very hot. The AC had an awful noice that stopped me from sleeping the entire night. The head shower had very little amount of water coming out.

The sofabed in our triple room was quite uncomfortable

Location and room slept up to 4 people with queen bed and sofa bed. I also liked having codes to doors, so there were no keys to keep track of. Not staffed 24 hours, but had code to access even when not staffed.

Superb

The location is excellent! Late check in is also feasible. They changed the sheets and towels everyday. It is a lively neighborhood and there a lots of restaurants and cafes just around the corner. The towels were clean but old and the WC facilities were also a little bit old.

Location was good. Need a long length mirror to check appearance with good light to do make up. Could be noisy late in evening due to bars below and nearby if that is a problem for you.

Exceptional

Perfect location, very simple with no real facilities but good room, shower, coffee/tea making facilities and straightforward checkin with great helpful friendly staff. Could be loud because of its location especially waste disposal collections in early morning and noise from adjacent apartments in a multi story old building…. But it was fine for me.

Great room and location No hotel facilities, as it is a hostal only, there were no communal areas and the reception was covered only in afternoon/evening. It is also a bit tricky finding it, especially in the evening when it gets sark as not big sing at street level.

I had a great stay! The room was spacious with a large window facing the street, which I really enjoyed. The location is excellent, and the check-in process was smooth with a warm and welcoming staff. The only downside was that the showerhead holder was installed in an uncomfortable position, which made showering a bit awkward—but the water pressure and temperature were great. Overall, a very good experience and great value for money. I would definitely recommend!
