Fantastic location. Great staff. Room was larger than expected. Great aircon. Highly recommend for a lovely stay and exploring the main spots in Madrid. Very safe too. The floors are a bit old and squeak. Not too bad, but you should be aware.

It is very close to all the attractions, but is quiet Nothing, it is lovely. Our twin room was huge. The only thing to note is that it is a lovely old building, so you may hear some noise from people above you.

The location and view was beyond perfect. The rooms were nice and big and you can tell they were newly remodeled. The building does appear older when you first arrive but that does not affect how welcoming the front desk were and how nice the rooms and view was. The Front desk was beyond accommodating and even our friends, who had a baby and arrived at a different time than us, had the same experience. There is an small elevator as well and we were able to store our luggage when we checked out. n/a

My only issue, and it wasn't a problem for me, is that the elevator was not working. Fix that and this is the best place in Madrid!

Could not have been any lovlier! We were so delighted with every aspect of the property. The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. Thank you, Jose, for getting us a hard-to-find taxi on Sunday morning!

The location was excellent, the property was lovely, the staff were very welcoming and helpful. I loved staying here. Small but very comfortable. I had trouble figuring out how to enter the property, but a very kind man came to my assistance. Not much of a view from my window, but I wasn’t in the room very much anyway.

The location is perfect for exploring the main attractions. The rooms was a nice size and we appreciated having a small refrigerator and a coffee maker. The only complaint we had with the room was that there was a small step up to the bathroom which we tripped over. Maybe a yellow strip would be helpful.
