Air conditioner in the room was not cooling. The room temperature was very warm everyday. One night I called to request a portable fan; the guy who showed up opened up the window to let the warm air out and although he mentioned he reset the A/C, what he did, didn’t make any difference. The room did not get cold and every night it was extremely difficult for all of us to fall asleep. In addition, not sure if this was the reason for the room not to get cold, but the A/C vent where there’s is supposed to be a filter, it looks like there’s a piece of rug used as filter, which I believe it is what’s blocking the cool air. This is on room 122 so please check the A/C vent to see what’s going on with that filter.

Comfortable and big room and bed. Great powerfull AC. Good breakfast, fresh natural orange juice. Rituals toiletries, fluffy towels. Location - very accessible for airport/layover, even with stroller, large bags and bike box - only 1-2 stops from Airport, elevators at all stations, only a few min walk from the M station. Also a huge park nearby. For 300 E/night the bath is a bit outdated with broken shower cap and clogged sink. No toilet brush. Noisy construction at the hotel loby. Room faced a busy road and traffic noise was considerable. But the staff makes up for it, so my ratting is still high and would definitely return for location and accessibility, it was perfect for a night layover.

Despite being in central downtown, the hotel has good soundproofing. I heard no noise at night.
