Great n comfertable Everything

Location was fine to reach to many destination as it is a few hundred meters away from metro Checkin is at 3 pm. I had to pay 15 eur to check in earlier as I was extremely tired. I arrives at 2pm and contacted them to let me in, at least to put my luggages. They answered i can check in earlier only if i pay 15 eur extra. The room is extremely small and there is no shelf, no seat, no proper table. It is an empty non sense room. No facility. There is no air conditioner. WC and bathrooms are shared. It absolutely does not worth for the money they charged.

The bed was clean It smelled of urine, there was not one human being anywhere nor a telephone number to call anyone, the internet on my phone was spotty, therefore it was next to impossible to access the building or my room, the check in process too long and complicated, never again

Location is very nice, really nearly of subway station In the first floor there is a windows inside of room that is a little bit discomfortable, the people who are going outside can see inside of room if the curtains be open.

No one from staff there if anything goes south.

Only one pillow for a person. The floor tear off. Very noisy. You can even hear just walking around the hallway..

Besides the frustrating auto check-in, everything else was fair.

It is not clean, customer service is very very bad and not helps me at all and trying to ignore me when I ask them.

The price and location were good for what we needed The room was completely different from the pictures and the bathroom was very small and basic. The shower only had one position

The AC wasn’t working properly. The air wasn’t cold and it was super hot inside the room all night long.

Toilettes are quite small and sometimes without toilet paper. I understand that it's a budget accommodation but at least paper shall be available at all times. The room had a good AC so no problems sleeping during nigth

Nothing. We booked two rooms with a share bathroom, but what we found out is that the whole floor shares the bathroom. Very difficult to access the building. The taxi driver had to help us reach the host, which by the background noise, it appeared to be in a disco club or something similar. Hanging up several times before finishing listening what we were saying. Outside the hotel was a lady sitting on the floor for more than an hour train to get someone on the phone to open the doors.

The room has an Air Conditioner. The room wasn't the one in the picture. The towels were dirty and ripped. For changing towels they want to charge you more money. The room was very basic for the price I was expecting at least a place to put our clothes. There were 3 hangers over a small tablet, not even a desk like it was described. Other than that it was clean, but the bed was uncomfortable and not for two people. It becomes very tight for two.

Quiet safe neighborhood right next to the metro so it was easy to get into city center. Although the full sized bed was cramped for two people, the mattress/pillows/linens were all really comfortable and cozy. Clean and plenty of toilet paper. Filtered water machine was a major plus. AC worked well and the black out curtains in the private room were great. If you read the instructions carefully ahead of time the check in process is easy but we encountered many people that were having trouble. If there was a mini-fridge in the room and if it was a queen sized bed the place would have been perfect.

For a cheap stay close to the airport it's amazing prize value. Recommend for 1 or 2 day stays as the walls are very thin so you hear everything.
