Terrace is spacious - if the weather is good, the terrace is a great place to be. Size of the flat. It is very tiny, not comfortable for more than 2 ppl - there is no separate bedroom. It is all in one space. Very tiny flat, no separate spaces in the room. Bathroom is very small, too. For me, the value- price relation is not in balance due to the mentioned things. You can have a much better apartment for the same money.

Wonderful apartment also for a longer stay. It was clean and light with all modern amenities including a fully equipped kitchen and it is well airconditioned. Especially, the iron and ironing board were practical for a business trip. The bed is comfortable and the towels are large. The location is practical to IFEMA and the airport, and in a quiet neighborhood although a few bars and restaurants and 2 supermarkets are within 100 m. Very happy I picked this apartment. It does take a while to get to the city centre, but via Esperanza there is a direct connection.
