It was a bit cold in the room and heating didn't work. There is also constant noise from highway

The staff was attentive and very helpful when I asked for assistance. Perhaps the location. Atocha to the hotel, and the hotel to the airport were both over 30€ via taxi, which seems like a lot. I will still choose this hotel again for the quality.

During the morning there was to much noise entering the room from the cleaning and other guests. The rooms should be better sound-insulated

The service by the bar attendant Julio was exceptional, he demonstrated genuine interest to serve us and he went beyond our expectations The Lobby attendance is terrible, especially a young woman who did not want to help us with any of our requests. Her partner, a young man, was unhelpful either, but the worst attitude was from the young woman

rooms were clean and bed and linen were also very clean and well managed . size of the room was a little small . breakfast was average . Electric outlet were not functioning and after complain also could not be corrected due lack of personnel . it was far away from city center . Room was a little small .

A fantastic warm welcome from Piotr on Reception, who was charming, efficient and generous, with an upgraded room because he spotted it had been my birthday. First-class rooms; a very decent restaurant; welcome drinks; a good night's sleep. What more can anyone ask of a hotel - just great! It's fundamentally an airport hotel - you wouldn't want to spend weeks in that part of town. But all super-efficient and friendly - it was a great stay

Decent size room and bathroom, comfortable beds, friendly staff. Location was too far away from the city. Taking the metro eats up an hour each way every time. Uber eats up 30 minutes. Np hotel shuttle so it is an added expense.
