Check in is terrible. The check-in link provided by the hotel did not load correctly due to technical issue after long info filling in. Google said the property is closed permanently. I tried to call the hotel in different ways (incl. Expedia agent) but no answer. On arrival, I learnt that the hotel name has totally changed.

The hotel was sold and rebranded. It was imposible to find, you must ask in neighboring hotels until you finally make it to their novotel facilities. Never informed about this, wasted half an hour in the cold walking around with my luggage.

Very inexperienced staff. Gym is in the next hotel and it is below basic. House keeping quality not consistent

The room was excellent - set as a twin room it actually felt like it was for two individuals (space between the beds) rather than two duvets put on a double! In spite of the ongoing renovations the service and standards were high - I couldn’t fault the staff or the food. Would definitely come back.

It’s a building site - very noisy- checked out early though front desk charged for additional night saying needed to speak to hotels.com for refund….Admittedly it needs work! Multiple lights in bedroom didn’t work, desk light switch taped together dangerously. They should pre notify of work

The staff were very nice, the bar food was good and the Metro was conveniently nearby. The bed was the most comfortable of the 7 hotels we stayed at. My only concern is in a country that is experiencing drought, the shower/faucet water pressure should be decreased so less water is wasted.

Rooms are very old fashioned and tired and need up dating, Restaurant was closed on both days for functions so no food available during our stay at the hotel! when we got food in from outside the management staff complained to us!!

Nice place, perfectly located for IFEMA. Breakfast was good, the room was clean and quite spacious. The mini bar was missing but not a big deal.

Overall experience was good with this Hotel. There are restaurants nearby the hotel but most of the staff does not speak English and we had a very hard time communicating what we would like to order.
