Good location. Clean. Simple but ok breakfast. Helpful staff. 1. Tiny room, smallest I have ever seen with a double bed. Such a room should not be marketed as a normal room but should be specified as tiny. No one can be happy when entering such a room. None of the pictures show how small it was. 2. Only two electricity sockets. 3. Narrow double bed. 4. No personnel in the building at night to control the drunk British tourists. 5. Air conditioning looked like it was working but was not on. When trying to switch it off and on again to check, it turned out it had just been off. This we found out after one bad-air night. No instructions. 6. Air conditioning was loud. 7. Night clubs nearby could be heard all night long, not terribly loud though. This we of course knew in advance. 8. Constant coffee queues at breakfast. Only two coffee makers, one of them half the time needing maintenance.

Location was excellent very central. Clean. Easy check in at sister hotel Victoria 10 metres away. I would have preferred a kettle for tea or coffee making facility.

It is an old style hotel, but very comfortable, cozy, with an excellent breakfast. The staff’s are very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, my room was in the back and silent. But I guess the front rooms could be noisy. I really like my stay there. The room could have a coffee and tea set.

Our stay was very good. The only downside was the noise we had at night due to the location of the hotel, which made a bit difficult to sleep sometimes. Otherwise, the rest was good value for money and the staff was very friendly.

Location is fantastic, very central and easy to get to with all public transport. The are is pedestrian only. So there is zero road noise. View from the hotel is very authentic Spanish apartment. I was on the top floor and they have an elevator. The bars don't close until 6AM some evenings which can be an issue if your a light sleeper, or like to wake up really early.

Also public transport was close, that was too important for me, as I was at business trip. Friendly staff, ready to help you. Reception, working 24 hours. Buffet, that is also too important. I would like to have some amenities to make tea or coffee in the evening, like a kettle, caps... It would be nice to have it in the room.

Location was fantastic. Good water pressure. Small double bed (like 135cm). Not much sound proofing between floors. Nightclub bass audible until 5:30am. Don’t go to the restaurant “La Carmella” for breakfast (as recommended by hotel), probably the rudest service from the female waitress that I’ve ever experienced.

No variety for breakfast, not big choice. Staying couple of days could be fine, but spending a week, and having only scrambled eggs, becon and sausages every day not pleasant.

the hotel has a great central location with in walking distance to the metro. clean and tidy hotel and friendly and welcoming staffs. A great selection for breakfast nothing

The location is great, you have all kind of restaurants by 5 minutes walking, also very close to metro stations and touristic places. The bedroom was quite small
