Nice place to rest after walking and exploring all day. The a/c was on 17 but it still felt a bit warm. I believe it was during a heat wave though so it was understandable.

Room 7: The location is great, on a pedestrian street. Lots of shops and restaurants next to the hotel. The airport bus 203 stops at Plaza de Cebiles, a 10 minute walk from the hotel. The hotel looks like it was renovated recently, neat and clean. The room is facing the interior courtyard, there was no problem with noise. The portable AC was working well. Whoever designed the interior of the room made the best out of the limited space. Room 7: The room is very small and the toilet flush is too weak. Just a small bed.

The location, the facilities, the staff was pretty accommodating at all times, that it’s a plus! The mattress a bit soft for my taste and the A/C unit was in front of the bed, so all air was blowing in my face all night, that’s unpleasant for my side

Comfortable and clean.

The location of this hotel is incredible- right in the center of Madrid. There are sights and restaurants everywhere, you’re very close to tourist attractions like Gran Vila, Puerta del sol, Plaza Mayor and so many others. The rooms are very comfortable and decorated well. It truly feels like a high-end hotel. Also the staff is great! Jorge was very helpful and friendly, we loved seeing him there everyday. I would absolutely stay here again

clean simple safe good access to many things nothing

Great location, clean room and equiped with all the basic facilities for a short stay. We were lucky to have also a quiet stay, with minimum noise from the other guests. Bathroom was very small, but clean and good for a short stay. Nothing to complain about for 2 star accomodation, overall good value for money.

The room and place are very small and simple, but just what is needed to explore the city General tidyness No window, but that was kind of ok still

Excellent location on pedestrian street Some noise from the street

A bit outdated

The location is great,in the commercial peatonal street. Nice little café nearby for breakfast. There is an elevator, it is secure.Super clean,réception with kice staff, heated. I thought the room was too small and wanted a bigger bed but not available. Not good noise isolation.

Room (la cama) was comfortable for one person, closet space and a desk, escritorio con un pequeño lavamanos. The construction, outside the window but inside the building, felt like a sign of caring for the building's longevity. The location is great. El cuarto de baño, donde hay la ducha también, one bathroom per floor is not good at all. Some rooms have their own, you would do better in those. A few couples seemed like they found it pleasant, older couples. The building itself has a lot of construction going on, with the street-level retail space below.

Great location, clean, comfortable and friendly staff. I will stay at this hotel again when I’m back in Madrid

Friendly staff (very helpful as I arrived much later than expected, past midnight so they helped to smoothen the arrival). Great room in a cozy floor.

Good location and nice staff
-
The location can be quite loud until early in the morning.
-
Simple, clean. Comfortable. Exactly what I needed for a weekend trip
-
No cups forks etc for drinking and eating

The location was near the attractions, restaurants, and groceries. Transport (metro, bus, taxis) was easily accessible in the area. Room was decent. Would be excellent if a fridge was available.
