It was clean and close to airport. The staff! Not helpful or welcoming. We were made to feel like we were a hassle not guests. An elderly male staff member was exceptionally rude! Would not recommend staying at this hotel. Lazy and unfriendly

Location was further away from city center than expected but was an easy walk to nearby metro station.

The hotel was close to the airport. Our unit was in a second separate building that we had to walk through the rain to get to, It was beside a dilapidated building with a noisy dog.

Location was convenient. Walkable to stores and food. Staff were professional and very accommodating. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay near the airport.

My room wasn’t ready upon my arrival. Another reason why I booked this property was the check in time, it aligned perfectly to my landing time. When I got there it was past check in time, I when downstairs and the cleaning lady was overwhelmed tho say the least. She was visibly upset and sick with a flu. Not complaining about her, she was clearly doing the best she could. Finally, the third reason I booked this property was the rooftop pool, which I read had service hours and they were great for me. However when I attempted to go up for soak and watch the sunset, I was informed that the rooftop was closed. The hotel was understaffed and I understand how a hotel works, but this was not good at all.

First, I want to preface my review by putting this hotel in the context of being close to an airport, which was important to me, so for travelers wanting more convenience to the city’s cultural offerings, this may not be your place. It was clean, affordable, and the staff were super helpful. While my single room was below grade and only had a small window, the window was operable so I could get fresh air. As hot as it was outside, the lower level felt great. It’s a 5 minute walk to the Metro, and to get to the historic center of town was relatively easy on Line 5. There are places within about a 15 minute walk through a quiet part of town to eat or shop. Rooftop pool was pretty cool, too. If you plan on staying in your room all day, it wouldn’t be great. My room was tiny, but I only slept in it, so that wasn’t a concern. But, in the basement level, there is a sort of swanky den-like common area complete with a tv for anyone wanting to relax in a bigger space.

The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were supper friendly and accommodating.

I loved the shuttle service to and from the airport. There was no evening-time restaurant attached to the hotel, which forced us to walk 15 minutes to the area around the train station for dinner. However, they had a nice breakfast layout inside the hotel that was really delicious and inexpensive. The only thing lacking was a restuarant in the evening somewhere in the vicinity of the hotel, by which we could have avoided the walk to the restaurant area around the train station.

All new, and very clean. In a mostly residential area without nearby stores or eating establishments. I booked this hotel for airport shuttle and breakfast, only to learn that those amenities did not begin until after 7:30 which I was not able to use due to my flight time.

it was located close to the Madrid airport & large number of restaurants within walking distance It was an older hotel but well maintained. breakfast was not great but saved use from having to find something early in the morning. The main issue I had was with the free airport shuttle which apparently only operates during the week. They don't have shuttle service to the main train terminal. We were going to use the metro to get to the airport but you'd have to bus to get to the correct metro line & we had to just use Uber to get to the airport on Saturday on time.

Everything was very clean The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. We requested a room with one bed, and instead were given a room with two small, unconnected beds pushed together that came apart with the slightest movements. The view from our window was into the dirty yard of the neighboring property, with barking dogs and clutter.

The room was modern and very clean. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The property is close to the airport and offers airport transfers. The property is also within walking distance of bus stops and a metro station, so getting around Madrid is pretty easy. The breakfast was very sufficient. There is a rooftop deck and pool. I was only staying in Madrid for a couple of nights, and this property met all my needs for a brief stay.
