Location and privacy quietness very valuable

The head shower, it keep falling off. And the sofa bed.

The lady at the front desk, the location and easy access codes The window roof was broken do couldn’t use to avoid A/C working.

Thanks 4 offering a one time free cleaning during our one week stay, it was very much appreciated, Could have been better with more lighting like a side light shade in a corner,

I felt like it was a bit small for 4 people. But can't complain. It was in a good location and the basement was great! No noise at all!

The apartment was very clean and the perfect size for 3 people, the sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable. Beautiful place and well located, loved our stay here! The shower gel on the bathroom was not so good and had a weird smell but it was ok

Location is decent, safe, 2 mins to Diego de Leon metro station. You need to change lines for the airport. Hosts were supportive and allowed us to check-in early, respond fast via WhatsApp during office hours. Hot water, functional place, good mattress. Building has elevator. Good heating and air conditioning. Windows didn't open in our apt on the 3rd floor, #34. Nevertheless some were broken and were fixed with nails instead of repaired properly. Noisy from the street because of the broken windows. Not very well isolated between apts either. Furniture is basic and can use an upgrade.

The place is a great value for money. Well located. Clean. Comfortable. Worth it! Nothing really. There was a construction on the building next door which was a bit noisy but not the fault of the property.

Location and the size of the room We rented one of the apartments for 3 people's. They mentioned we had to make our own bed on the sofa for the 3rd. We asked in advance if they could make it for us, since we were arriving at midnight. They said yes, but in the end it wasnt made and we arrived after midnight and still had to make the bed ourselves. Doesn't seem that they are very accommodating to this simple request.

The property was clean and in a good location. The pictures on the website were exactly as it appeared. The only issue was on the last night. It seems like the heat turned on with no way to turn it off and it was very, very hot.

It’s missing a long mirror in the room.
