Very good location in heart of Gran Via near of everything , just a lot of noise as the building was renovating but overall experience was good Noise outside building

The location and the friendly staff The room was too small especially the bathroom , the noise from the corridor and the surrounding rooms was unbearable

Toilet is not in the room you need to go to a shared toilet But only two rooms have this problem the other rooms are regular rooms

My room at Besaya had a better view and had more helpful staff than my wife who was staying next door at the Hotel Emperador for a Rick Steves tour. And half the price. ??

Small bed, or i m too tall ??

Location is exceptional, you’re in the middle of Gran Via I did not read that the bathroom was shared. My bad! But it was a big surprise noticed when checking.

My only complaint was the shower. When placed in its holder, the showerhead sprayed upward and outside the shower, so you had to hold it by hand. It felt like a very odd design choice and could be easily fixed.

Value for Money, good location. Around 12-15 mins walk to Gran via, around 8 mins to metro . We stayed for just 1 day during our transit in Madrid. Basic hostel , with small rooms and bathroom, but served the purpose. 24hrs front desk is good No water provided , you need to buy . Although they have vending machine on the floor which accepted only cash.
