Amazing location right on Gran Via in the heart of it all. Equipped with noise reducing windows for a very quiet sleep. Great staff. East all around stay.

Noisy room seems the walls are very thin. We heard voices from room next door and toilet flushes and shower. Also from room on top could hear all the foot steps pretty loud.

The location is excellent, right in the heart of the city, making it easy and convenient to get anywhere. The staff were kind and polite, making the stay very pleasant. The room was a bit small, but it was clean, well-equipped and had everything needed for a comfortable short stay.

The location is perfect, right on the main street of Madrid neer Plaza Espana! The room is newly renovated, a bit small but comfortable. The staff is amazing, kind and helpful! There is no (mini)fridge or kettle in the room, and it is quite small.
