CC Malasaña is well located in Malasaña neighborhood. The rooms were small, well organized and clean. Please understand that there is a lot of construction going on in Malasaña right now. The streets are noisy, cramped and filled with debri. But that sometime soon will end, I imagine. There was a confusion about whether I was staying 1 or 2 nights (it was 2). I think it was caused by their automated check in system, not sure.

Centrally located, clean rooms, no frills. The mattress could have been at a higher qualify, was a bit too stiff.

On a Friday night there was electronic music with bass until 6am.

Great location, work in the street was happening but that is normal for Madrid and the location of the hostel was convenient for metro lines, buses and walking. The room was simple, but very clean and with everything I needed. The air conditioning was great and worked very well; at times so well I turned it off and opened the balcony window instead for a cool breeze and ambiance. I had an excellent stay here!

No lift area was open when I reached at 10pm. I carried my luggage through stairs.

The room was very small but nicely decorated and the location was excellent. The staff very helpful and present all morning to facilitate any situation. No sun in my room and a very small window

Terrible wifi service: just the last day of the 5 days I stayed there, I was able to connect and navigate on internet.

Ideal location, room was fine! Overall I had a good stay and loved that the breakfast was served in the room.

A little dirty. The shower and sink didn't drain.

The sink drain doesn’t work properly. The toilet seat was not washed.

Great location, room great for what we needed, good size with balcony. Only one pillow, would have preferred 2 Needed another pillow

Location good and staff member was really polite and helpful! Too many information emails and breakfast was not so great. Add some fruits, yogurt and it would be much better.
