The receptionist was very rude. I asked him for some passport copies, and he demanded a large sum of money, something that reception usually provides free of charge in all hotels.

Itwas very clean and conveniently located; the setup made for a stress-free sightseeing experience, which was excellent. It was a bit cramped for two people, but it wasn't stressful.

Quarto é pequeno e o elevador também. Tem limpeza todos os dias, mas é algo superficial, apesar dos quartos estarem limpos. Nosso quarto tinha varanda para a rua. Amamos! A localização é ótima, perto da plaza puerta del sol, onde também tem o metrô. A limpeza poderia ser melhor, o quarto, cama e o elevador são pequenos.

The location was excellent! Private and clean bathroom with all the essentials but it was a very very small bathroom, especially for tall people.

The location is great and the room was clean. Even though is tiny it has everything you need. If you are claustrophobic that is not the place for you. The room is quite small, but for a solo traveler is more than ok. Also, you can hear all the noise from the rooms next door.

Good location

Exceptional location, in the center of everything. The refrigerator was completely useless as, despite being plugged in, had literally zero cooling power. Not good when you bought groceries to store inside. Even worse, the staff repeatedly insisted that the refrigerator is only to store drinks at “room temperature” which is completely illogical.

Location what perfect, you get all you need inside this place. If you are looking for extra comfort or something more fancy this is not your place. My room was very small- like really tiny, but it was enough cause I was alone. I requested cleaning but it wasn’t so good, I still spotted some stuff on the floor from the night before. The corridor was loud and there is no system to isolate the noise or part of it. The shower is tiny so if someone was a bit overweight they literally cannot fit. Wasn’t very clean.

The location was about as good as it could possibly get. Located between Plaza del Sol and Plaza Major. We were able to walk to every site we wanted to see or experience. There were plenty of places to eat and convenient little markets around us. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. And, the elevator was always operational. The bed and pillows were great as well. . Toilet paper and towels were like sandpaper.

Amazing location, nice facilities, easy entry, good elevator, nice staff, quick check in, good price, safe, good for solo travel, good wifi, and nice pillow! Bring noise canceling headphones or be a heavy sleeper. No street noise tho!

We had a wonderful experience. Being right in the heart of Madrid made exploring the city effortless and incredibly enjoyable.
