Everything was amazing. The staff were very polite. The apartment was clean with a lot of space. The location is excellent. You are 1min away to the Sol station and Plaza Mayor. I will choose this place again if I have to stay in Madrid.

Excellent location near Sol and well connected to metro stations. The staff was always very nice. The room was better than expected regarding size and cleaness. The bathroom was a bit small. Everything else was nice.

The hotel is in a great location in the old town, with many attractions, restaurants, and shops within walking distance. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.

Good room for the price. Good location. Helpful and friendly staff. Most difficult thing was storage of baggage while waiting for the room access time. NOt much, liked your hotel.

Location was perfect. The staff were friendly and helpful at all times. The room was nice and the AC was extremely good. I would definitely stay here again. It was perhaps a little expensive (?) but still the most affordable place in that part of Madrid.

The convenient location and easy to reserve, get in and out and friendly staff Room and bathroom were on the smaller side. Very clean and they met our expectations. I would consider a different room if I was a person that needs a bit more apace.

Great location and friendly, communicative staff! Cool way of accessing room keys (all digital). Quiet room even though facing street. Small shower with a shower attachment that went crazy like a garden hose if you didn’t hold on to it when turning on shower.
