The building was in the middle of commercial area. Had easy access to the public transportation. It had a big window and strong fan that kept the room from overheating in the summer heat. They gave me a room that had a shower (the shower was not in its own room, it was literally standing next to my bed, if you check the picture provided, that is in the corner of the room and is 1 ft from the bed) that was backed up with literal vomit. They knew about it before giving me the room too because when i said there was vomit on the shower floor, they said they were calling in a guy to clean the drain (i didn't say or even know myself that the drain was backed up). They didn't even clean it until the next afternoon.

Location, it was really really good location. Would be nice an xtra pillow hehe, but it was nice everything.

The staff was very rude. We spoke minimal spanish but with some patience we can normally figure out what is being said and answer back in spanish. The staff had no patience from the minute we walked in, at one point even stating that “we don’t understand anything” in spanish, which we did understand.

Excellent location; great views, tho didnt get the chance to have it as there are some construction work in thr making. Bathroom wasnt 100 clean; no trash can for the room itself!

Location is excellent Mattresses are too soft

The property is in a prime location, close to all major attractions. You’ll be just minutes away from dining, shopping, and entertainment. It’s the perfect spot for enjoying everything the area has to offer. The room is a decent size and perfect for two people. It offers enough space to relax comfortably. Ideal for couples or friends traveling together.

Its clean and friendly… Nothing

The couple at the front desk were very friendly and helpful, patient with my poor Spanish. It was 8 floors up with a line to use the 4 person elevator. The rooms they show on the site that look new and refurbished with a view were not our experience. We had a room with a view of the 8 floors below, crappy linoleum floor, old paint and old incredibly basic bathroom. The walls were so thin that I could hear someone coughing. There is a bar on the 9th floor. Dramatic bartender mixing drinks but poor service, not good food and we left when the smell of a backed up toilet wafted through. For the price of $230+, for one night, I expected much better with less ' creative photography ' re the room

The location is really good, close to good places for shopping, eating and drinking.

Reception person very unfriendly. Elevator was broken all day (8th floor). One of the non front facing rooms would not be worth the price.

Great location. 1 minute walk to Callao metro station. 1 minute walk to 24/7 coffee shop Papizza. Very good shower. Comfortable bed. Mouldy walls. Smell of mould in the room. Small lift (400kg) which didn't worked sometimes. Noisy music from the roof restaurant 44Sky.

Great location, nice staff, but the place needs desperate renovation! Top location! Good value for the money!
