Room too small. There was no room to open my suitcase and my son. Shower was ok but splashing water all over the floor. Staff amazing!

Location is right bang in the middle of the city, walking distance to shop, food and other sight seeing objects. The room was rather small but comfortable. Mini fridge is available in the room, so is hot water jug. Communication with the property was effective thru email. Receptionist is 24-hour. Nothing

Very nice and helpful staff. Nice room, clean, and bathroom amenities (shampoo, body wash). Hotel is very quiet despite being in a popular area. Neighborhood is super busy with lots of shops and foot traffic. Not too far to walk to museums, etc. NA

Location was everything!❤️ Owners responsive if any question! The bathroom sink was very slow to drain. The sofa bed was uncomfortable. I opted to sleep on the regular couch which was fine. My friends thought the beds were comfy. Paper towels or napkins in the kitchen would have been nice.

Very, very thin walls - impossible to sleep if guests in other rooms decide to chat during the night.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room clean and tidy and kept that way throughout our stay. The location excellent. The room safe and secure. The decor is old and basic. The bed on the small side. Toiletries provided minimal and basic. Lift small. No safe. Perhaps overpriced for what, overall, it is (but it is Madrid).

Friendly, helpful staff. Close to a metro and bus stops. Thankfully our bathroom had a bidet. The building is shared by several "hostels". Smaller lift/elevator (small luggage is best). *NOISY, so bring ear plugs for sleeping.* Our room had a bathroom with the toilet whose side was VERY close to the wall and door (functional but restrictive).

Location was great. The blinds are nonexistent and noises from the street were so loud. I saw the reviews and knew this- but I’m not a light sleeper so thought it’d be fine. I was wrong. Besides this everyone was kind and helpful
