The service was outstanding, and we felt very comfortable during our stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again. The only minor downside was that the sound from the bathrooms in the neighboring rooms could be heard quite clearly.

We had a very pleasant stay at Hostal Zamora. The staff were attentive, friendly, and always welcoming us with a smile, which made a great first impression. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location is excellent — right in central Madrid with very easy access to the metro and nearby bus stops. It’s a convenient and reliable choice for anyone looking to stay in the city center. One point some guests might want to consider is that the hotel is located directly in front of a plaza, which can be lively and somewhat noisy at times. However, with the windows closed, the sound insulation was sufficient and the noise did not bother us during our stay.

Staff were lovely, always friendly and helpful. Check-in and arrival were easy, and I felt secure in the hostal. The accommodation was very, very simple, but provided everything you actually need, and the price and location are hard to beat.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was really attentive and the location was perfect, just a couple of miles from the Gran Via, from there you can basically do everything by walking. The Bathrooms were really tight. They didn't have any mini-fridges in the room or an iron. Another point is that the square by the hotel can be really noisy. It you are not a heavy sleeper, it can be a con for you.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Hotel was very cautious with security. Comfortably room with great location. I realize hotel had no control over pride event in front of it that lasted a week. Noisy all night.

A/C was great. Staff is very helpful. The room feels monastic and the shower is old and small but for the price and location to lay your head down for a nap and the night - perfect.
