Near to City Centre

The hotel is located in the perfect location, very near to everything you need. We were able to explore most of the main tourist spots easily by foot or by metro.Check-in and check-out were incredibly smooth, and the reception team was very kind, Our only minor note is that the washroom door does not have a lock, which would be a great addition for a bit more family privacy. Overall, we had a wonderful stay!

Better than what we thought. We had reservations at another place but we had reserved two beds and was only given one (this was me and my grandson). We were lucky to find this place, so much better than our original place. Friendly staff, great location, so clean. nothing, it was perfect. I plan to stay there again in the future. I highly recommend

La ubicación bien céntrica para una primera visita a Madrid, o si querés estar cerca de todos los puntos turísticos, y a pesar de eso es una zona super tranquila. La habitación es pequeña, pero super cómoda para las 3, teníamos cocina, heladerita, mesa, y las camas también muy cómodas. La atención de las chicas de recepción de 10 y obvio, pudimos dejar las maletas el día del check out y que nuestro vuelo saía tarde. Mega recomedado! El wifi un poco lento

The place is very well located, two blocks from Puerta del Sol, and two from Plaza Mayor. Very clean and at the right price.

Terrible room, very outdated" The room was tiny, claustrophobic, and completely uncomfortable. All the furniture was old and worn out. Save your money and look elsewhere. I highly discourage anyone from booking here. Location

Room was ckean and comfortable and in a great location. The bathroom was EXTREMELY small, so it was difficult to change clothes or bend over to pick up anything on the floor. One literally had to squeeze in and out of the shower.

The room was small. If you have luggage no exist enough place you walk in room due to luggage, beds.

Really nice place. Great location. Luggage storage available. Easy walking distance to many sights. The lift was small but was much appreciated. Staff super friendly and helpful. Rooms (and bathrooms) are pretty small. We had a twin room. It was a bit difficult to move around especially with the 2 big and 1 small suitcases we had. No view. Bed was comfortable, but a tad hard for the lighter weight person (115lbs).

Location was ideal The bathroom was inadequate the commode was in very bad position one had to sit at a 45 degree angle to use the facilities there was not room for knees very poor placement although clean but needs redesign

Very good location My room had no daylight. The window looked at a wall and you couldn’t even tell what the weather was till you got outside.
