Excellent location for attractions and Metro. Air conditioning. Friendly staff Easy access to hotel at all times. Optional breakfast was good value, although not a lot of choice for Vegans. Free hot and cold drinks available. Our first room on the front was noisy from the street below, including late/early hours. We were moved to a room at the back and that was much better. Thanks. Some repairs/re decoration is needed in both rooms that we had. The second room we were moved to had the hand wash basin in the bedroom, but original room had it in the bathroom, which was better. . The light in the shower of the second room was not working, but light from the toilet next door meant we were not in the dark. Both showed only had a rain fall head, so you need to use a shower cap (provided) if you don't want to get your hair wet. Both rooms the strip on the bottom of the shower door was broken and therefore didn't stop water going into the room. The second room already had water damage to one of the rooms floor tiles. The bedside lamp and floor standing lamp in the first room has damaged wiring and a switch that was held together with insulation tape. These need attention to make them 100% safe.

Very good, professional, wonderful location, good breakfast, relaxed timings for check out and check in, very pleasant staff, impressive follow up on forgotten property, neat and clean , great bus route just outside the door, just... just... ... just one problem - the bathroom facilities in the room were dreadful design. Only stay with very very intimate friends - you will know every sound, smell, move, action they make in the toilet and shower and sink. Definitely a major turn-off.

The location was great! We could walk to all the major sites we wanted to see. The front desk people were very helpful. The breakfast was adequate. Coffee and tea was available 24 hours a day with no charge! I really, really did not like the shower in 2 of the 3 rooms I booked! The shower and the toilet were boxed in separately, with separate doors to each one of them and the sink was in the bedroom section. The light for the shower was light from the bedroom through one wall of the shower that was covered by a pull-down shade from the outside. Did I mention that the walls were solid black? To turn on the shower, you had to stand under the rain shower head and it took a bit of time to get warm water! Needless to say, I was not a happy camper! Maybe the other rooms of the hotel were different, but we had 3 rooms on the top floor, the only rooms on that floor.
