Staff were all nice and helpful. Location is excellent. If you’re a light sleeper you need a room away from the street as you can hear some noise from outside

The location is perfect, in the center of the city and very close to all landmarks, although Madrid is very walkable city. The breakfast was good, and the staff was nice also. The rooms are too small, there is no place to open the suitcases, and they need renovation too. It was freezing cold in the restaurant for breakfast despite outside temperatures of 39 in Madrid. The walls are too thin, you can hear the people caugh and talk in the other rooms or in the hallway.

Its location is perfect! Walking distance to most areas. I feel the rooms were quite old fashioned like it needs to be renovated to be more modern, unless it was just the room we were in.

Location was great. Shower was really great. You can hear everything from next door rooms. The breakfast was not very good. They need more options and keep replenishing food. Rooms are pretty small and the bar wasn't open at 17.00.

It’s very convenient and close to the plaza The staff were incredibly rude and the rooms aren’t soundproof, you can hear everyone walking up and down, conversations in other rooms and chairs being moved around

The location was very central and the room large enough. The staff was very kind and available. Main entrance welcoming and modern. The room was clean. I expected a higher quality regarding the room furniture. It felt a bit shaky and run down. Nothing was broken but the overall feeling was cheap compared to the rest of the hotel and the price.

Great location in a side street close to the centre of Madrid but almost walked past it ,much bigger than it looks from the outside , on site parking ( we didn’t use that though,took buses and Ubers ) friendly check in staff, the lady looking after the breakfast times was amazing and nice too, the rooms were immaculately clean and air conditioned, quiet bar with free cheese,biscuits and crisps ( in fact nearly all the restaurants in Madrid gave those out - take note Uk venues ) Easy walks to loads of restaurants and large and beautiful parks , careful in the heat though. Has a roof top terrace where we watched the eclipse. Highly recommend staying here . We were a family of four and enjoyed our entire stay. Toilet roll a bit thin , that’s all I can think of :-)

It is perfectly located in the "cool" part of the centre. But it is loud, inside and out. Even the air condition rattles. So either you are the partying type, deaf or fine with ear plugs that dull but do not cancel all the nouise. Worked for me. Amazing shower. Quick and friendly check-in. I also got a good price. They advertise a terrace, have not seen it as I avoid stairs. Breakfast room is not nice and has no windows. It is also too cold. Extreme differences between the extreme Madrid heat and the icy interiors are unhealthy.
