Very clean , Staff are lovely , the location was perfect, the rooms are designed so beautifully . Bathroom was nice and large One of the bathroom taps was leaking but it wasn’t a big issue

Room was very comfortable and well appointed. The shutters/drapes made sleeping in after a long trip so easy! We were pleasantly surprised by the quietness of the room as well. Breakfast was fantastic. We had no negative issues with our hotel stay at the Regina.

Convenient location, very nice and clean. Best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. Huge selection - top quality. The hallway was a little too audible. I could hear conversations of people walking to their rooms and I was near the elevator. Not too bad but not great.

Excellent location and very friendly staff.Although I experienced problems with the room key and hot water on my first night, the hotel handled my complaint professionally and kindly offered dinner for both me and my roommate. I truly appreciated the way they responded and made us feel valued. Overall, a very positive experience.

Amazing staff, very clean, great breakfast Despite central location room was super quiet! Would definitely recommend. The rooms are a little small but that’s to be expected in European cities.

A amazing hotel with exceptional attention to detail! Much has been done to ensure women's comfort: a Dyson hair dryer, a hair straightener, and other details make the hotel stay a comfortable one. The breakfasts deserve special praise. The hotel's location in the very center of Madrid is worth mentioning. Attentive and caring staff makes the hotel experience unforgettable!
