Location is perfect, on a quiet street that looks a little off putting at first, but its ok and 20 seconds to the main Plaza de Sol and surrounding areas. We had a deluxe room with Balcony. Its was amazing to have the option to sit outside. However it was was too warm to do so. The bed is super comfy. WiFi great. Staff were amazing. The hotel itself is lovely. Nice, clean and lovely staff..However our particular room - 410, was nice and clean but the bathroom was very dated. Crack tiles, shower door wouldn't close so the floor was very slipping after a shower. No TV stations with English channels for bedtime. No bar open for the month of August so this made the reception/bar area very quite as there was no one there. No atmosphere.

Perfect location, clean, comfortable and with great breakfast options. We were told the bar wouldn't work until next month. I was there one week before and the bar was actually working, and I had snacks a few times too. Additionally, on our last visit we got a room on 4th floor that was next to some kind of generator that kept humming the whole night, so we didn't sleep well. But this doesn't cancel my great opinions and we'll keep coming back.

The location was great, minutes walking distance away from Grand Via. The staff were more than happy to help and were easy to talk to. The room was great, good size with all amenities that were needed for a perfect stay. It would be great if they had a pool but completely understand it's not always possible.

Very helpful and kind staff. Excellent location. Room was located next to the exhaust of the ventilation/airconditioning system of the hotel. Little bit noisy though doable.

Great location Door didn’t always lock - came back twice after cleaners had been in and door was unlocked. Room we had was v small with frosted windows as it looked out on aircon units. Luckily the glazing was good, and we didn’t spend much time in the room,

Location is central and great. Property is clean. We had two rooms. Amenities in the room weren’t great. Shower was weak in one/almost unusable. coffee being replaced during service was just decaf for replacement in 1 room and none in the second room.

Excellent location The room was very small, so was the bead. Also outside were 40 degrees and on the bead we had a winter blanket. We had the room at the 5th floor and there was a permanent noise coming from the outside AC of the building. The cleaning staff came to clean the room after 4 pm, considering the temperature that were outside they should adapt the schedule as almost everyone was already in the room at that hour.
