Locarion The booking.com price was not honoured on arrival, the confirmed price was 396 euro total (room only). I was charged 660 euro (room only) and under no circumstances would I be able to book in without paying this extra charge. As I had no other choice at 5pm on a blistering hot day travelling from Donegal Ireland to Madrid I relunctantly paid the extra charge. The recepionists were adamant Booking.com were wrong but would not contact them about the price, and then proceeded to tell me that the hotel website was recently hacked ?. After my 5 night stay Booking.com contacted me about a no show at the hotel trying to say I cancelled my stay. I am still in dispute with Hotel Sancho and Booking.com over this overcharge. So before booking this hotel make sure the price is confirmed 100% or you will be turned away with no regard for your circumstances.

I cannot recommend this hotel. We booked a room through Booking.com for around €220. When we arrived, the hotel refused to honor the confirmed reservation price and told us the room would cost around €420 instead. After some discussion, another staff member even offered it for €380, which clearly showed that the pricing was arbitrary. In the end, the hotel refused to accommodate us at the confirmed booking price. We had to leave late in the evening and urgently find another hotel. This caused unnecessary stress and extra expenses. Booking.com initially informed us that the price difference for the replacement hotel would be reimbursed, but we never received any compensation. A confirmed reservation should be respected. This experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

The location for transport. The initial price was confirmed through booking .com at 794 euro for 5 nights (2 rooms) to pay on arrival. When I arrived this price had gone to 1,320 for 5 nights (2 rooms). I don't know why this was quoted they were blaming booking.com we were left with no option at 6pm in madrid but to pay it. I am contesting the overcharge with booking.com at the minute but haven't had much response from them yet. Apparently this hotel had a lot of trouble with pricing on booking.com so be aware if you are booking that the price is definitely secure. The hotel receptionists were not that nice and couldn't give me a proper reason for the price hike when we arrived. If i don't get it resolved my days with booking.com are over.

We walked to Prada and the train station to get to Seville very easily. Very convenient and safe and residential, nice playground a few blocks down full of kids in the evenings. Solid mid tier rooms and ac and plenty around for pastries or to hit a chocolaterria for breakfast. You have to turn the key in when you leave. Elevator is smaller and slower but just fine.
