La ubicación no es mala. PÉSIMO servicio y atención. Estuvimos 10 días, JAMÁS nos dieron solución a los aires acondicionados, no funcionaron nunca. Luego de 5 días nos dieron solución cambiando refrigeradora que TAMPOCO funcionaba. Se demoraron siempre en leer y responder y pues las últimas noches literal no les interesó ya dar gestión alguna al tema de los aires acondicionados a pesar de la ola de calor que hay ahorita en Madrid. El personal nefasto en realidad.

Good location. Easy to get the apartment. I had some problems with in the toilet, however they fixed properly.

The walls of the apartment were dirty. They definitely could use a fresh paint. The couch was very uncomfortable. Collecting the property keys was a nightmare. We left the airport in the morning and planned to hang out at a café next to the apartment until it was time for check-in. But then they told us that we had to go get the keys at a random location 3 km away. We had to pay for another taxi just to get the keys. When we got there, the keys weren't there yet and we had to wait. We hated the fact that it was a second location.

The apartment has a good size. The entire experience was a disaster. This was my worst experience in 15+ years with booking. Summer in Madrid with 40+ degrees Celsius, the apartment had only 1 fan for 3 rooms and a portable AC that was damaged and blowed cold air for no longer than 5 minutes and than blowed only hot air. I complained many times with the managers, which was useless. On top of it, the entire apartment wasn’t really fit for guests. The shower was broken, there is no place to place not even a soap. I would never come back

The location was fantastic,about 5 minutes from a couple of supermarkets and just over 5 to the metro station. The only bad thing was the oven didn't work, everything else was good.

Charming apartment close to everything. Location very convenient The whole apartment had severe damp, mainly in bathroom, double room and living room. The bathroom ceiling leaks when it rains.The roof needs to be repaired there's damp everywhere and the whole apartment stinks dampness. It's unacceptable to rent a flat in this condition without letting the guests know about the issue in advance. Value for money to expensive because of the humidity.
