Muy incómodas las duchas, no hay donde poner los implementes de aseo No prendían el aire acondicionado en un dormitorio en pleno verano Te cobran por tener tus maletas por dos horas

It was clean and fast place to get in and out. No real A/C in the room.

The staff, the muscular guy was not very nice. The washrooms were not clean, the toilets were filthy.

It was ok

The location. Very close to Lavapies, a vewry cool and popular neighborhood. Close to the metro. The bathrooms and toilets were horrible. I've never experienced that my whole life and I've been to many hostels and guest houses during travels. The beds were bad. No AC or at least a fan for each bed, I don't know, it's a rat hole.

There is AC, even it is cold inside, :) Common area to seat and eat. Enough showers and toilets for all. Usually is empty during the day so you can have nap during hot hours outside. Too much beds in one room. If fully occupied, simply you cannot sleep as someone is snoring, someone is packing, someone is eating, someone is unmanered due to culture, talks, you will face strange people. ? Doors are not soundproof so every time someone enters or exits the rooms, door shuts are very loud. AC is there but it was cold and everyone got sick due to cold. Showers and sinks are too small, :) But anyway ita a hostel and you know what to expect for the money. I recommend if you are on budget trip. Bring your own towel, hairdryer and lock for the lockers.

Femald shower facilities : hook for clothes/ towel very small (can hardly hold 2 items) Washroom : often no toilet paper in any stall

The location is great, in a residential area of Madrid, but close to a lot of the tourist spots. The common area is a perfect space to work or relax. The workers were very friendly and helpful. It’s a great hostel to meet others, but you can also enjoy your time alone if desired. I loved my stay. My only note is that we ran out of toilet paper one night in both the men and women’s bathrooms. We made it work, but that was a fun discovery ?

It was a convenient location.

The lockers didn't have a lock. The wifi didn't work.

There was not to clean

Staffs are really nice. The place is clean. Good price.

Nothing. The hostel was frankly awful. Far from the center, it smelled bad, AND THEY DIDN'T PROVIDE BED SHEETS (when I asked for them, they told me it was their policy not to offer bed clothes, that they were aware people complained about it but that's just how it was). If I book an accommodation, I think the least you can expect is a certain level of cleanliness and the ability to sleep.

The height of bunk beds are not comfortable to sit on the bed. Toilets and bathrooms are too narrow.
-
Location and the presence of a bed No real kitchen , no stove , no kettle , no labeling of food. Food being stolen.
-
Helpful staff, easy checkin process Very different type of guests, the type that makes one question whether private living with adult roommates has exhausted itself, without some serious background and reference checks.
-
Loaction was ok, but it's useless if everything else is bad Cleanliness, atmosphere, linen, blanket, matress, smell

They have electric problem during my stay in their hostel, but they have relocated me to their other hostel near to Sol Metro Station. Nothing as I did not stay in this hostel. They relocated me to Arc House Madrid. Their hotel is client.

The staff was nice and helpful. The beds and common areas were clean. There was some odd fluid on the wall next to the bed so they offered to switch beds. Rooms were either too hot or too cold. Again they tried to help. Downside is that female rooms are not separated from the male dorms and the showers room has no closed doors so you’re out there in the open, if you want to use the toilet or the showers bear in mind there will be men around.

The beds makes noises sound when someone moves and they need to be changed so they can be more comfortable besides that everything was good
