Está muy bien ubicada, el staff es súper amable y dispuesto a ayudar en todo!! A pesar de la remodelación por la que está pasando el hotel nos hicieron sentir como en casa!! Uno de mis lugares favoritos para quedarme en Madrid Nada malo que decir

The location is amazing. Room design is not very nice and the rooms look outdated. The hotel has no facilities: lobby is tiny so there isn’t a space to spend time or wait. I was there during a heat wave, the rooms are air conditioned but the AC is barely good.

Staff was very friendly. And the location is nice. Small rooms… weak air conditioning… strange photos hanged and used suggest that this is more of a love hotel than a hotel for a family with kids…
