The anniversary surprise was lovely. We couldn't enjoy the city views due to the exterior blinds only allowing us to see 40% of the window, even when moved. Also, the electric blinds in the bathroom did not work.

The breakfast, the cleanliness, the helpfulness of the front desk, housekeeping and maintenance staff. No washcloths until I asked for them. So little programming in English. That was a surprise and a disappointment.

The proximity to the Bernabéu stadium and El Corte Ingles The housekeeping. Bedsheet had a stain on it and was never changed till I left. The bathroom is old and the tiles in the bathroom were brown. The shower head was leaking continuously which made an annoying sound so i had to close the toilet door to have some peace. I booked a room for two people but only got breakfast for one person. Not even complementary water. The hotel needs to renovate the rooms
