They wanted me to do an advance check in and the link did not work . You are traveling it is their job and they give you a lot of unnecessary stress because they don’t want to do their job , saying you will get a “faster and smoother check in “

Semi friendly staff. Location is good. Breakfast is ok. The room was extremely small, with no space to sit and work at the desk. Considering the very high room rate, I expected much better. When I asked for a larger room, I was told I would have to pay even more. Breakfast was also not included and came at an additional cost. Overall, I felt that the hotel offered poor value for the money. !
