Pensión Numancia

Clean, everything you need is there and everything worked well (AC etc) The location isn’t a 10/10 but you’re at plaza de españa in a 30minute walk which is fine and the metro is super close

Rooms are a bit tight but other than that, exceptional

Pension Numancia had a very good location. It was just a few stops from major tourist sites using the metro. The neighborhood was safe and lively. Our room was very clean and quiet. Everything was fine.

The room is clean and moslty quiet. The location is great, and a lot of restaurants around. Good experience so far. Some noise around, a little hot, could easily hear the other rooms, a little expensive.

Awesome stay - the entire pension was spotless and peaceful. Easy access to transport, and the proprietor made us feel right at home. Comfortable beds, quiet location in residential neighborhood, close to the lovely Plaza de Olavides. Nothing!

The owner was nice and the place was in very good location No shared space. Basically an apartment with no facilities - it’s a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with 3 rooms given to different people. No kitchen or shared space

The property was in an ideal location for my work trip. The bed was comfortable and the room and en suite were very clean. The host also had an electric kettle for me to use. The lamps beside the bed glowed in the dark and made the room very bright at night. I had to cover them up so I could sleep.

Property was at a great location. Made it super easy to get to different places within Madrid. The bed and pillows were also extremely comfortable!!! The walls are kind of thin, so not the end of the world but you can hear people if they’re talking outside of your door. And our toilet kind of stank the first night, but once we alerted our host, he fixed it.

Very clean, great location, communication, and really kind staff. Appreciated there was a spot to hang my clothes, a mini fridge, and AC. Good value too!

Everything was perfect. Close to downtown and station. A lot of diferent groceries and bakeries around. Only walls weren’t very soundproof so you can hear other people a little but worth the money.

This pensión is exceptionally clean and I loved the provisión of a small fridge. The ensuite bathroom was pleasant with a great shower. The double bed was very comfortable. The manager was welcoming and friendly and the room servicing staff thoughtful (they added a blanket I had used first night to the bed). This accommodation is brilliantly located for all transport links and the street outside (Fernández de los Rios) is relatively quiet for Madrid, with lots of good shops, restaurants and cafés nearby. I would stay again at the rate I paid. As with all similar accommodation types, expect a degree of noise from other guests coming in and out. Most guests seemed respectful of this though.

The bed was really comfortable, and the location was perfect. Lots of bus and metro options, and only 30min walk from city centre. No hair dryer, and I would prefer two more pillows. Both me and my boyfriend prefers to sleep with two pillows each. Other than that, everything was good
