This neighborhood is a very beautiful location - an 8 minute walk from the metro. There are plenty of local shops with everything you need. The room was spacious for one person including plenty of cupboard space, a desk for work/study, and even a sink corner. There are plenty of bathrooms in the hallway and when you close the door, they are private. The whole building is impeccably clean. The breakfast is sufficient to find something to start the day (with coffee). The nicest place I have been to for this price. Thank you! The walls are thin so bring ear plugs.

This is a very clean accommodation and it's in a beautiful area with lots of restaurants nearby, a large park across the street, and a short walk from the Egyptian temples. The metro is about a 7-8 minute walk away and there are several bus stops nearby. The wifi was terrible, surprisingly so for an accommodation used frequently by students. While it was usually quiet, walls were thin so anyone that was making noise in the hallways or other rooms, even momentarily, could be heard.

I think just stuff was really nice and friendly. There was no hot water, I mentioned it to them, told me to use a shower on the other floor but it was same. They never fixed while I was there. The walls and the doors are very thin I think. It’s so noisy and shaking the door when someone walking by the corridor. After all I noticed that this place is for students. In the summer they are gone so very quiet, and very cheap for Madrid, so can’t complain much.

The rooms were very useful even if they were tiny, even if they had a shared bathroom, the bathrooms were clean and I didn’t have any problems using them and I didn’t have a situation like waiting in line. Due to its location, it was 40-50 minutes walking distance to the center, but you can easily go to and from the center by bus number 74 and return back. The walls of the room are thin, so you can hear what’s going on in your next room comfortably and they can hear you too ?.

The staff was super nice and helpful. Both the room and the shared bathroom were very clean. There is a beautiful park nearby and the area is calm. The breakfast was a bit simple - for example, there was no butter. However, it was included in the price and there were multiple types of juice, bread, cereal, and jam.

The location was great. Heart of the city (7 mins walk to the Metro station), accessible to shops but still a quiet area, perfect for tourists who want to wind down after a busy day. The staff was accommodating and very kind! Very patient in answering questions, and even provided extra toiletries. The room was spacious and had all the amenities you need. Will definitely come back to stay here on my next trip to Madrid! Highly recommend.

Privileged location. Quite and adequate.

I love this place. The room is well thought out. Sink closet desk bookcase and shelf. Breakfast. The bed is firm so I can sleep well The breakfast choices get smaller and smaller but even without breakfast, it would be top value. The air conditioning is very high and I couldn't turn it off like last time. Not sure if this one had a controller.
